Ashley worked in established and esteemed law firms in Malaysia with extensive experience in cross borders IPO, capital markets, cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and emerging technologies.
She advised various issuers for their proposed listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX), transactions involving public listed companies in Hong Kong and Malaysia, mergers and acquisitions and has acted for various listed companies in matters relating to the listing rules.

Bing Yew leads the litigation practice of the firm.
Bing Yew obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Cardiff, Wales in 2014 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015. He was then admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.
Bing Yew’s ability to develop a rapid grasp of many areas of laws has allowed him to practice across a wide array of general civil litigation, including commercial disputes, construction, contractual disputes, land disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency law.
