2012\u00a0\u7b2c 27(7) \u6761\uff0c\u5408\u89c4\u5b98\u5fc5\u987b\uff1a<br><br>(a) \u8d1f\u8d23\u786e\u4fdd LLP \u6309\u7167\u7b2c 17\u300119 \u4e0e 20 \u6761\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5c65\u884c\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u3001\u884c\u4e3a\u53ca\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca<br><br>(b) \u5bf9 LLP \u56e0\u8fdd\u53cd\u8be5\u7b49\u6761\u6587\u800c\u906d\u53d7\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5904\u7f5a\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u884c\u653f\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff09\u627f\u62c5\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4ed6\u80fd\u5411\u5ba1\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u8bc1\u660e\u5176\u4e0d\u5e94\u627f\u62c5\u8be5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5408\u89c4\u5b98\u7684\u804c\u8d23\u4e0e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u6587\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u7b2c 17 \u6761<\/strong>\uff1a\u53d8\u66f4\u4e8b\u9879\u7684\u767b\u8bb0\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7b2c 19 \u6761<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u6ce8\u518c\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\u4fdd\u5b58\u767b\u8bb0\u518c\u548c\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u7b2c 20 \u6761<\/strong>\uff1a\u540d\u79f0\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u603b\u7ed3\u800c\u8a00\uff0cLLP
