Ee Von graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2014 from the University of Reading. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2015 and admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016.

Ee Von’s practice is in dispute resolution involving company and securities laws. Ee Von began her early years of legal practice at Cheang & Ariff, where she handled various shareholder and corporate disputes, with particular experience in advising companies and members on company meetings, oppression actions, derivative actions, fraud and just and equitable winding up.

Other key areas of her practice include the provision of both contentious and non-contentious advisory services to companies, directors and regulatory bodies on compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and the market listing requirements.
