Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City, University of London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) and later admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Nicole completed her pupillage and began her early years of legal practice at Zul Rafique & Partners, where she gained significant experience across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investments, and corporate restructurings. Her expertise enables her to deliver tailored legal solutions for clients navigating complex business transactions.
