BIOGRAPHY

Ashley obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Reading, UK in 2014 and then obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2015.

Ashley worked in established and esteemed law firms in Malaysia with extensive experience in cross borders IPO, capital markets, cross-border investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and emerging technologies. She advised various issuers for their proposed listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX).

Ashley is also experienced in handling various corporate drafting, corporate governance and advisory from a Malaysian Law perspective. She also advises a wide range of corporate exercises for publicly listed companies in Malaysia.

  • Acted for a group of companies engaged in sourcing, wholesaling, supplying and marketing imprintable apparel and gift products in Malaysia and Singapore for the listing on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
  • Acted for a group of companies engaged in the service of providing equipment for heavy lift and heavy transport in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Myanmar for the listing on the Main Board of Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
